Ternary lithium battery and lithium iron phosphate battery are the two most mainstream technology routes in the field of lithium battery at present. They all use graphene as the cathode material, but they use different cathode materials. Lithium iron phosphate battery uses lithium iron phosphate as positive electrode, while ternary lithium battery mainly uses nickel cobalt aluminum or nickel cobalt manganese as positive electrode. In the past experience, the service life and safety of lithium iron phosphate battery are better than those of ternary lithium battery. Our LFP series battery packs use lithium iron phosphate technology.
